Michael Graves of Cape Neddick is a retired Certified Culinary Professional and culinary arts consultant with several years of experience as both a working chef throughout New England and a Chef Instructor at the Atlantic Culinary Academy at former McIntosh College in Dover, NH. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Geography and Anthropology from California State University East Bay and an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts (summa cum laude) from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI.
